COVID-19 Update

RAFTING DURING COVID-19

We are a Colorado based company that has been providing whitewater rafting trips on two of Colorado’s most popular rivers since 1992. The COVID-19 pandemic is new to us, but we are confident in our ability to provide an exciting river experience and follow CDC, State and County guidelines to minimize your exposure. Your health and the health of our staff are extremely important to us so here is a list of what you can expect from us as well as what we need from you!

What We expect from you!

  1. Understand the risk!  We have taken reasonable measures to minimize exposure to guest and staff, but rafting will require interaction with others and the risks can not be eliminated entirely. Please take personal responsibility and obey guidelines for social distancing and good hygiene whenever possible.
  2. If you are experiencing symptoms stay home! Please perform a health check of your entire group the morning of your trip. If anyone in your group has experienced symptoms we ask that your group stays home. Symptoms associated with COVID-19 are headache, sore throat, fever, dry cough, recent inability to taste or smell, shortness of breath, ear aches, body aches, diarrhea, fatigue, and vomiting or abdominal pain.
  3. Maintain 6 foot social distancing! Please maintain 6 foot social distancing as much as possible while you are on site.
  4. Complete your waiver BEFORE you arrive. To minimize contact we are asking you to print your waiver and fill it out completely before you arrive. You can find a copy of it here, or call and we can email it directly to you.
  5. Pay in advance! To minimize contact we are asking that you pay your trip balance in full prior to arrival. We can take payment over the phone, or you will be required to pay in full when you book online. We can also accept payment for retail purchases or bootie rentals ahead of time.
  6. Feel free to use Venmo to tip if you would prefer a contactless transaction. We expect you will have an awesome time and you may want to thank your guide! If you choose to tip, cash is welcome, but most of our staff is also prepared to accept Venmo if you would like a contact free option!
  7. Be Patient! We are excited to get to the river as well, but check in, distributing gear and getting suited up may take longer than your previous trips with us. We will work as hard as possible to move through everything as quickly as possible.

What You Can Expect From Us!

  1. Sanitization of Surfaces. We will be following CDC as well as State and County guidelines for cleaning and sanitization of high contact surfaces.
  2. Cleaning of Gear after every use. All equipment such as helmets, life jackets, as well as any other shared equipment will be cleaned according to manufacturer and CDC guidelines prior to each guests use.
  3. Masks. We will be following State and County Public Health Orders with respect to mask usage.
  4. FREE Digital Photo Download. You will be able to view and download your photos for free with no interaction with our staff if you choose. You will receive an email after your trip with links and instructions for getting your photos.
